Position Overview:


The Seattle office of Lewis Brisbois, a prestigious AmLaw 100 firm, is seeking a dedicated associate attorney to enhance its Commercial Litigation Practice.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two (2) years of experience in complex civil and general liability litigation. A keen interest in environmental and toxic tort matters is highly desirable.

Applicants should demonstrate strong research, writing, and communication abilities, with a passion for engaging in all aspects of litigation. This includes preparing and arguing motions, conducting depositions, managing intricate discovery processes, making court appearances, participating in mediations and arbitrations, and preparing cases for trial.

Admission to the Washington Bar is mandatory, while admission to the Oregon Bar is advantageous but not essential.


Lewis Brisbois' Complex Business & Commercial Litigation Practice features attorneys who routinely manage state and federal litigation, including appeals and regulatory matters for a diverse clientele that spans local, national, and international entities, as well as federal, state, and local agencies.

Our attorneys are licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court, as well as state and federal trial and appellate courts, and various administrative and regulatory bodies.

Clients who rely on Lewis Brisbois include Fortune 500 companies, national and international corporations, small and local enterprises, as well as individual entrepreneurs.
