The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of change management principles and a proven track record of guiding large-scale organizational changes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify and prioritize change initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of change management professionals.
  • Ensure a comprehensible change impact assessment across all levels of the organization.
  • Identify, groom, and manage the change network: senior leaders who share the Goldilocks vision.
  • Develop and deliver training content via Enable Now.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management efforts.
Requirements
  • 10 years of change management experience with major ERP systems, SAP preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale organizational transformations and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
