SAP EWM Transformation Director

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced SAP EWM Transformation Director to lead complex and large-scale transformation engagements for our Global Consulting Practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing these engagements to ensure successful delivery of all phases, releases, and project components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of EWM solutions, delivering project deliverables including blueprints, functional and technical specifications, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine business and functional requirements for the system within an ERP solution.
  • Configure the SAP system to meet business requirements.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to other analysts and client personnel assigned to the projects.
  • Collaborate in scoping prospective engagements and developing proposals.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in lead roles in E2E transformation programs, with a strong understanding of key business drivers and business benefits driven by SAP S/4HANA EWM.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of supply chain business models, SAP S/4HANA EWM, and wireless technologies.
  • Expert knowledge of e2e process integrations in OTC and MFG.
  • Functional knowledge of the differences between WM and S/4HANA EWM, as well as decentralized EWM and S/4HANA EWM.
  • Strong warehouse, distribution, and transportation logistics business process knowledge and experience.
