Job Overview

As a Trainee General Manager, you will play a crucial role in one of the fastest expanding quick-service restaurant chains in the market. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of managing a successful business while earning a competitive salary.

Training Program
Our comprehensive training program is designed to provide you with the skills needed to thrive in a dynamic work environment. You will gain hands-on experience while working in a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
1. Enhance the Domino's Pizza brand through professionalism and effective communication.
2. Follow and deliver clear written instructions.
3. Utilize basic math skills to handle transactions accurately.
4. Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for processing orders.
5. Efficiently enter orders using a computer or touchscreen interface.
6. Exhibit enthusiasm to achieve personal and store objectives.
7. Set the benchmark for exceptional customer service.
8. Inspire and motivate team members through exemplary leadership.
9. Safeguard cash, inventory, and other assets in accordance with company policies.
10. Exercise sound judgment in daily store operations alongside the General Manager.

General Duties
All team members are expected to:
- Operate various equipment.
- Stock ingredients from delivery to storage areas.
- Prepare food products.
- Handle and process phone orders.
- Conduct inventory checks and complete related documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment and the facility on a daily basis.

Training and Development
Orientation and on-the-job training will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of one year of management experience.
- Must be at least 18 years old and pass a background check and drug screening.
- Adhere to company image standards.
- Possess a valid driver's license and have access to an insured vehicle.

Additionally, candidates should be able to:
- Direct activities and perform repetitive tasks.
- Work independently and collaboratively under pressure.
- Meet strict quality control standards and interact effectively with others.
- Analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Maintain a flexible schedule, including availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Be proficient in using a POS system, 10-key, Microsoft Office, and other office equipment.

Finally, the ability to spend the majority of work hours standing or moving is essential.
