- Address customers' technical inquiries regarding vehicle issues, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Understand general automotive systems.
- Review service orders and assess vehicles for necessary repairs.
- Stay informed about new models and product enhancements based on technical service bulletins.
- Comprehend warranty guidelines and apply them to warranty service repair orders.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues throughout the repair process.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods, typically three or more hours.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum age of eighteen years.
- Valid driver's license meeting company MVR policy standards.
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including background checks and drug tests.
