Role Summary
Talent Equity Group is seeking a skilled Risk Manager to join our team. As a Risk Manager, you will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with departments to identify and assess unusual incidents, unexpected outcomes, and potential risks.
- Develop and implement loss prevention strategies to reduce errors and achieve organizational quality.
- Maintain risk management statistics and files in compliance with state and federal agencies.
- Provide business analysis of risk data to reduce operating losses and maintain maximum protection of the organization's assets.
- Develop tools to assist with various risk management processes, including identification and analysis of incident and loss information.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or a healthcare-related field.
- At least four years of experience in risk management, compliance management, healthcare administration, business administration, or legal support.
- Experience in trend analysis and report generation.
- Excellent organizational, listening, tracking, and documentation skills.
