Job Overview

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused individual to join our team as a Vehicle Lot Coordinator at Nissan Williamsburg. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing the dealership lot, ensuring that all vehicles are well-organized, cleaned, and prepared for display.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Examine vehicles for any damages upon their arrival at the dealership lot.
  • Ensure that vehicles are parked correctly and organized in their designated areas.
  • Perform routine maintenance checks, including tire pressure and fuel levels.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the lot, ensuring it is free from debris.
  • Assist in transporting vehicles to and from the service center as required.
  • Help customers locate specific vehicles within the lot.
  • Report any vehicle issues to management promptly.
  • Keep an accurate inventory of vehicles and report any discrepancies.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers and team members.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Vehicle Lot Coordinator or in a similar capacity is preferred.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
  • Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work weekends and evenings as necessary.
