    • Welcome service customers upon their arrival for scheduled appointments, managing the movement of vehicles within the service lane.
    • Handle incoming phone inquiries and assist in scheduling appointments.
    • Utilize an iPad for vehicle tagging and check-in procedures.
    • Maintain cleanliness of the driveway and walkways, including snow and debris removal as needed.
    • Transport vehicles to and from the service lane, service areas, and parking facilities as required.
    • Create key tags for vehicles.
    • Carry out additional tasks as assigned.
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • Ability to adhere to instructions and guidelines.
    • Possession of a valid and clear Driver's License.
