Field Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to manage our Florida territory, building strong relationships with existing clients and identifying new opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proven track record of direct B2B sales experience.
The compensation package includes a base salary plus performance-based commission. A maximum draw against commission will be applicable for a specified period, after which the individual will receive a combination of base salary and commissions. This role offers a unique opportunity to earn a competitive income while working collaboratively with our president to plan and report visits to existing and potential customers.

Key Responsibilities- Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities in the Florida territory
- Collaborate with the president to plan and report visits to existing and potential customers
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and customer interactions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, marketing)
- Minimum 2 years of direct B2B sales experience
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive base salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per annum
