Field Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to join our team at High Quality Distribution Llc. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products, and closing sales with smoke shops and distributors across the United States.

About You
We are looking for a skilled and organized individual with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Your ability to work independently and manage time effectively will be essential in meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. With a solid understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting tools, you will be well-equipped to deliver accurate and timely updates to our Regional Sales Managers.
Your Key Responsibilities
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research and online resources. Utilize provided lists of smoke shops, dispensaries, and distributors to generate new leads.
- Initial Contact: Initiate contact with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person visits. Introduce our company and outline the benefits of our products.
- Product Demonstration: Showcase product features and benefits using samples and marketing materials. Highlight the unique selling points and differentiators of our brand.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate terms, answer questions, and address concerns to finalize agreements. Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Post-Sale Engagement: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat orders. Provide free product samples to potential clients to secure new leads.
- Reporting: Submit detailed weekly reports to the Regional Sales Manager, including updates on leads, sales activities, and progress towards targets.
Estimated Salary Range
$50,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. A comprehensive benefits package, including paid training and opportunities for career advancement, is also offered.
