Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead HR Product Analyst, HR Systems to join our team at Wells Fargo. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for evolving the HR Portfolio and roadmap in partnership with Product leadership, HRIS, our HR business owners, and other stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate business requirements and plan projects in collaboration with business partners.
  • Work closely with HR business owners and other stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Participate in the development of the HR Portfolio and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product leadership and HRIS to identify and prioritize HR system requirements.
