Product Demonstrator Lead

Product Connections is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee a team of product samplers inside a Sam's Club location. As a Product Demonstrator Lead, you will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team, recruiting and training new hires, and ensuring seamless execution of in-store product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, hire, train, and schedule a team of up to 25 part-time product demonstrators and juicers
- Coach team members on effective customer engagement techniques, emphasizing food safety and customer experience
- Perform and manage demonstration operations onsite, ensuring daily compliance and execution
- Collaborate with Club management to facilitate smooth operations and achieve business objectives
- Proven experience leading in an execution-centric environment
- Food safety experience, with fast food experience a plus
- Excellent customer-facing skills, with a pleasant and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift, stand, and move freely in a fast-paced retail environment
- Competitive hourly rate starting at $17.50
