Job Summary:

As a Front Desk Agent at the Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, and ensuring a seamless stay experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registering guests and handling check-ins and check-outs in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Providing attentive and courteous service to all guests, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Maintaining accurate records, handling reservations, and ensuring that all hotel systems are functioning properly.
  • Working effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolving any issues that may impact the guest experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and hotel operations systems.
