Our Mission: To provide the most comprehensive assisted stretching program globally, utilizing our patented Stretch Zone equipment and innovative stretching protocols to enhance the lives of individuals through our programs.


Role Overview: The General Manager (GM) serves as the leader of the team and the business, tasked with creating an environment that motivates and inspires both staff and clients.

In this capacity, the GM will lead with integrity, humility, and consistency, exemplifying the expected behaviors for others.

The GM is accountable for the effective operations and financial performance of the studio. They ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service, employee achievement, client satisfaction, and performance in line with studio objectives.

The GM implements the strategic plan and oversees the management of company-wide standards for key operational activities, programs, and goals. Regular communication with ownership is essential, both as scheduled and as needed. The GM provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports.

Protecting the integrity of the Stretch Zone brand is paramount, ensuring that every studio member receives the highest quality service and experience at all times.

Note: This position requires the new hire to complete a mandatory two-week training and certification program, covering our modalities, operations, and sales techniques.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Monitor daily sales activities
- Achieve weekly appointment and lead goals
- Ensure accurate capturing and reporting of sales and operational data
- Maximize member retention
- Build relationships with members to enhance retention
Administration & Operations:

- Ensure adherence to standard policies and procedures for business and financial management
- Effectively resolve customer service challenges
- Communicate and implement policies and procedures to team members
- Ensure timely execution of required responsibilities
- Manage staff planning and scheduling
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about services and programs available to members and prospects
- Address personnel-related issues by following studio procedures and documentation
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate progress towards goals
- Facilitate individual meetings with all studio team members
- Foster an inspirational environment that encourages honest feedback from team members to ensure a quality, inclusive, diverse, and equitable workplace
Additional Qualifications:

- Prior sales and leadership experience in one of the following roles is required:
Store/Studio Manager, Certified Personal Trainer/Coach, Fitness Coach, Health & Wellness Professional, Physical Therapist, Healthcare Professional, Athlete, Exercise Science, Sports or Fitness Professional, Sports Medicine

- Ability to connect with individuals by building relationships with passion and compassion to enhance the lifestyle and wellness of others

- Commitment to continuous improvement of service knowledge and application of proven corporate stretching and sales techniques

- Hospitality experience is advantageous.


A degree in Health, Wellness, & Fitness fields, such as Physical Therapy, Kinesiology, Fitness Management, Exercise Science, or related coursework in anatomy and physiology is a plus.


Availability for two weeks of mandatory training is required.

Compensation:

- Base salary starting at $40,000 annually

- Additional monthly compensation varies based on membership sales incentives and studio revenue bonuses
