Job Description:

  • Engage with potential customers through door-to-door sales to promote our pest control services.
  • Learn and deliver proven sales scripts to educate customers on our offerings and close deals.
  • Participate in live, hands-on training with company owners and team leaders to refine your sales pitch and techniques.
  • Work collaboratively in small groups of 2-3 to maintain motivation and accountability.
  • Track sales performance and strive to exceed daily and weekly goals.
