We are looking for a dedicated Youth Program Coordinator to assist with the high school equivalency and employability skills program for youth ages 16-25.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and experience in student recruitment, academic instruction, behavioral assessments, and community service projects.

Project Self-Sufficiency offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on experience, as well as health insurance, 401K plan, and on-site childcare.

Your responsibilities as a Youth Program Coordinator will include:

  • Facilitating academic instruction and behavioral assessments
  • Coordinating community service projects
  • Establishing affiliations with area business leaders and employers
