Phlebotomy Specialist

Pride Health is seeking a skilled Phlebotomist II to join our team at a medical facility in Las Vegas, NV. As a Phlebotomist II, you will be responsible for collecting and processing blood samples, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Collect and process blood samples from patients using various techniques, including venipuncture and capillary puncture.
- Label, centrifuge, and store specimens according to established procedures.
- Properly explain the blood collection process to patients and ensure their comfort and safety.
- Perform quality control checks on blood samples and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient specimen processing and timely results.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required.
