As a Phlebotomy Specialist at Grifols, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our plasma-derived medicines. Your primary responsibility will be to establish rapport with donors, ensuring their overall satisfaction and confidentiality. You will also be responsible for responding to and assisting with handling donor reactions, as well as monitoring donor and equipment health to ensure the quality of our products.

Key responsibilities include setting up, disconnecting, and operating automated plasmapheresis machines, as well as disconnecting and disposing of contaminated disposable equipment. You will also be responsible for assisting in determining the suitability of donors and ensuring the overall customer experience.
