Job Summary:

As a Mobile Phlebotomy Specialist at TridentCare, you will be responsible for collecting blood samples from patients in various healthcare settings. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients in nursing homes and other healthcare facilities
• Follow established phlebotomy procedures to ensure accurate and safe specimen collection
• Identify patients correctly and label specimens properly
• Transport specimens to the laboratory for testing
• Maintain accurate records and logs of patient interactions and specimen collection
• Collaborate with dispatch, laboratory, and courier departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Current clinical licensure (if required by state)
• Knowledge of medical terminology and phlebotomy procedures
• Proficient in venipuncture, tourniquet application, and decontamination techniques
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and maintain accurate records
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
