Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute creative content creation that aligns with business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback to inform content decisions.
  • Create engaging and effective content across various formats, including web pages, social media posts, long-form content, and video scripts.
  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and follows brand guidelines and style standards.
  • Conduct regular content audits and updates to ensure accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness.
  • Continuously measure and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize content for maximum impact.
  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring quality and brand consistency in all content produced.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Graphic Design.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience crafting digital content, ads, and assets.
  • Mastery of Adobe Suite Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of synthesizing complex topics into easy-to-understand language across various formats.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills.
  • Exceptional editing skills.
  • Basic Design skills.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience managing content and agencies to scale quality content production in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about execution excellence, bringing creativity, positivity, and high energy to complex projects.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
  • Can do the copywriting, design & program HTML (if not, priority is on their writing and design skills).
  • Knowledge of HTML.
