Job Overview

Intrinsic Development, a renowned full-service real estate development company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Accountant to oversee the accounting process for our construction business.

Responsibilities
  • Cash flow analysis and forecasting for multiple LLCs
  • Contribute to operational budgeting for operating real estate
  • Monitor budget vs. actual performance of construction and operating projects
  • Track fixed assets
  • Analyze and schedule Construction in Progress accounts
  • Assist in compiling management financial reports
  • Collaborate with lenders on construction and permanent financing information needs
Requirements
  • Subject matter expert in Excel
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
  • PREFERRED: CPA license
  • PREFERRED: Procore and Sage/Timberline experience
  • At least 3 years of financial analysis experience
  • Ability to analyze and schedule Construction in Progress accounts
  • Strong organizational skills and analytical abilities
  • Collaborative work environment
Compensation

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 based on applicable experience.

About Intrinsic Development

We are a leading developer of upscale multi-family and commercial mixed-use developments, with over 3.5 million square feet of projects completed and an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction. Our team has successfully developed various properties across 6 Midwestern states, including hospitality venues, mixed-use developments, hotels, clinics, offices, and restaurants. We are expanding into Lee's Summit, Missouri, where we will establish our corporate office and launch a new 260+ acre mixed-use development featuring luxury multi-family units, retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other commercial uses.
