Job Overview

Richardson Sports Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to authorized dealers and distributors across our sales divisions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Process and fulfill orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding product information, inventory availability, and delivery times.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services offered by Richardson Sports Inc.
  • Assist customers with problem resolution and provide solutions-based support.
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • At least one year of customer service-related experience.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
