We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Executive to join our Enterprise Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with large enterprise-level companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the enterprise market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Utilize your expertise in sales and marketing to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling to enterprise-level customers.
  • 1+ year of experience in recruitment advertising, CPC/PPC, digital media, and/or advertising sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite, including Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the US.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment advertising, CPC/PPC, digital media, and/or advertising sales.
  • Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close new high-level business sales.
  • Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level professionals.
