- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- 5+ years of direct sales experience, with a proven track record of success in selling to enterprise-level customers.
- 1+ year of experience in recruitment advertising, CPC/PPC, digital media, and/or advertising sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite or Google Suite, including Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
- Ability to travel extensively within the US.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment advertising, CPC/PPC, digital media, and/or advertising sales.
- Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close new high-level business sales.
- Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level professionals.
