About the Job

We're seeking an exceptional Assistant to CEO and Office Manager to play a pivotal role in driving our company's strategic initiatives and supporting our rapid growth trajectory. Working closely with our CEO, you'll work on day-to-day tasks, oversee general office operations, work on special projects, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and manage agendas and decks/presentations for external and internal meetings, ensuring efficient and productive discussions.
  • Coordinate, attend, and take notes at/for all strategic internal/external meetings.
  • Coordinate venue, time, and personnel for off-site events, company parties, and meetings.
  • Oversee general office operations, such as supplies, kitchen, and associated contractors.
Requirements
  • Associates degree, plus 4+ years of experience (or some combination)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals
  • Strong team player, but can work and execute independently
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented and can manage multiple projects
  • Expert in Excel and Google Slides / PowerPoint
