About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Presbyterian Homes and Services. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our residents and staff by maintaining our buildings, grounds, and equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by performing routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and inspections.
  • Execute assigned responsibilities for buildings and grounds, including floor care, resident moves, remodeling, painting, and customer requests.
  • Perform landscape care, snow removal, and other projects as assigned.
  • Work independently, multitask, and follow directions to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image and services to all customers.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to perform Level I core competencies specific to the job as defined by site requirements.
  • Able to work independently, multitask, follow directions, and work under supervision.
  • Relate well to and provide a professional image and services to all customers.
  • Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies.
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
