Job Title: Building Engineer

Join Roseville Area Schools as a Building Engineer at Parkview Center School. This role is responsible for ensuring the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the building, including coordinating cleaning duties, assigning areas to custodial staff, and managing work orders.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to direct, train, and evaluate custodial staff
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Moderate computer proficiency
  • Chief C boilers license and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and maintain regular attendance
