Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Rail Engineer to enhance our Transportation group. The ideal candidate will possess substantial experience in the design and planning of public transportation initiatives, particularly within the rail sector.

Key Responsibilities
As a Rail Engineer, you will be expected to:
• Serve in a technical capacity under the guidance of a Project Manager.
• Supervise the efforts of Entry-Level Engineers and Junior Project Engineers.
• Manage project tasks from feasibility studies to final design and construction support.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.

Preferred Qualifications
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in transportation design, specifically with railroad projects.
• Familiarity with legacy InRail/InRoads platforms.
• At least 2 years of experience in rail and transportation design.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency in Microstation, OpenRail Designer, AutoCAD, and Civil3D.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Experience with MS Office software.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
