Role Responsibilities

The Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in our operations, engaging with nearly all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a complex and dynamic calendar for team members
  • Arranging meetings with clients and candidates
  • Creating documents such as marketing presentations, candidate profiles, and internal reports
  • Preparing materials for clients and candidates, compiling team data, and presenting market insights
  • Coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Handling expense reports
  • Planning and executing various ad hoc projects within tight deadlines
  • Maintaining the candidate database and managing communications for the teams
  • Tagging meetings in the company database appropriately
  • Assisting with research and updating information in our systems
  • Proofreading and reviewing client-facing documents
  • Providing comprehensive support throughout the executive search process
  • Managing confidential corporate information with utmost discretion
  • Answering and directing phone inquiries
  • Addressing initial IT queries before escalating to the IT help desk

Compensation and Values

This temporary full-time position offers a prorated annual salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, with compensation based on various factors including education, experience, and skills. Exceptional candidates may be considered for higher salaries.
