Role Responsibilities
The Project Coordinator/Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in our operations, engaging with nearly all stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a complex and dynamic calendar for team members
- Arranging meetings with clients and candidates
- Creating documents such as marketing presentations, candidate profiles, and internal reports
- Preparing materials for clients and candidates, compiling team data, and presenting market insights
- Coordinating both domestic and international travel arrangements
- Handling expense reports
- Planning and executing various ad hoc projects within tight deadlines
- Maintaining the candidate database and managing communications for the teams
- Tagging meetings in the company database appropriately
- Assisting with research and updating information in our systems
- Proofreading and reviewing client-facing documents
- Providing comprehensive support throughout the executive search process
- Managing confidential corporate information with utmost discretion
- Answering and directing phone inquiries
- Addressing initial IT queries before escalating to the IT help desk

Compensation and Values
This temporary full-time position offers a prorated annual salary range of $70,000 to $80,000, with compensation based on various factors including education, experience, and skills. Exceptional candidates may be considered for higher salaries.
