Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Coordinator Mentor to join our team. As a Service Coordinator Mentor, you will play a vital role in mentoring and guiding our service coordinators to enhance their performance and provide exceptional support to our consumers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Orient new service coordinators and provide ongoing mentorship and coaching
  • Assist with problem-solving and provide guidance on best practices
  • Develop and implement effective training programs for service coordinators
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, education)
  • At least two years of experience in the human services field
  • Valid Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
