Duties and Responsibilities- Hardware Support: Provide daily hardware support for PCs, laptops, tablets, printers, and other technical devices, ensuring they are functioning properly and efficiently.
- Software Support: Offer daily software support, including operating systems and applications, to ensure our users have access to the tools they need to perform their jobs effectively.
- Asset Management: Practice daily asset management of equipment, including lease PCs, printers, registers, credit card pin pads, and other technical devices specific to our business operations.
- Technical Guidance: Provide training and guidance to lower-level technicians as needed, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Education: Associates or Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Requires 5-8 years of experience supporting complex end-user technologies.
- Certifications: Computer certifications for Windows 10, CompTia A+, and/or Network+, Security+ are preferred.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, BigFix/PowerShell, Group Policies, Microsoft Office, and Office 365, BOMGAR, and Cisco VPN is preferred.
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge of building images and scripting is desired.
