LOA/Disability Case Manager Specialist

Job Summary:
The LOA/Disability Case Manager Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the administration of Short-term Disability and FMLA plans. This role will work closely with medical providers, LOA clinic resources, managers, and Local HR to determine return to work expectations and facilitate the return to work process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provides a timely and thorough review of Short-term Disability, FMLA, and ADA claims and makes professional determinations
- Manages the workflow for a large number of claims to ensure equitable workload distribution and administering of claims within department standards
- Provides advocacy case management to all appropriate LOA claims
- Manages high impact LOA claims to identify obstacles and opportunities for returning associates to work
Requirements:
- Requires a BA degree and a minimum of 4 years' experience in health and welfare benefits, disability management, HR operations, and/or benefits administration
- Experience working through the ADA process end-to-end preferred
- Workday experience preferred
- ServiceNow experience preferred
