Join the team at Space Exploration Technologies Corp. as a Satellite Production Technician and play a critical role in the development of the Starlink satellite constellation.

The Starlink satellite constellation is a revolutionary solution for providing reliable internet to the entire world. As a Satellite Production Technician, you will be responsible for the assembly and integration of satellite components, ensuring the quality and reliability of the products delivered.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly and integration, with experience in working with complex automated equipment and troubleshooting and maintenance. Additionally, the candidate should have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Assembling and integrating satellite components
  • Ensuring the quality and reliability of products delivered
  • Working with complex automated equipment
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance
  • Communicating with team members and management

The successful candidate will have a high school degree or equivalency certificate, with 1+ years of hands-on work experience. Preferred skills and experience include:

  • 2+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly and integration
  • Associate degree in a relevant field
  • Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
  • Demonstrated ability to read, interpret and work from drawings and controlled documentation

The estimated shift times for this role are 5 AM - 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM - 2 AM, with the ability to work all shifts, overtime and weekends as needed. The compensation and benefits package includes pay and benefits as outlined by the company.
