Job Description:

We're looking for a highly motivated, analytical, and strategic individual who can own the rhythm of the business and agenda of the meetings led by the Chief Business Officer. You'll provide insights and analysis to assist in strategic discussions and decision-making, and track follow-through.

This role involves a blend of strategic, analytical, and project management responsibilities. You'll be responsible for leading various aspects of the business, including providing decision-making support through analysis and recommendations, maintaining and monitoring business health scorecards, and evaluating market trends and competitive dynamics.

About the Role:

This is an exciting growth opportunity and an excellent training ground to grow into a future leadership role. You'll have the chance to gain cross-functional experience rotating through potential roles or special projects within business management, partnerships, strategy, marketing, analytics, or corporate development.

We're looking for someone with 10+ years of experience in business operations, business or general management, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar role. You'll need strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making. Proficiency in SQL or similar tools is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range of $208,000 - $260,000, plus equity as part of our total compensation plan. What You'll Bring:
  • 10+ years of experience in business operations, business or general management, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar role
  • Strong data and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and use data to drive decision-making
  • Proficiency in SQL or similar tools
  • High emotional intelligence (EQ) with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
  • Strong executive presence and strategic maturity
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
