At Genesis HealthCare, we believe that our employees are our most valuable resource. We provide a supportive and inclusive work environment where you can thrive in your career as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. You will be required to evaluate patients/residents to collect data, observe condition, and report changes in condition. Additionally, you will contribute to nursing assessments and care planning, administer medications and perform treatments per physician orders, and supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
We offer a competitive salary range of $32.00 - $41.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes nursing student loan debt repayment and tuition assistance, variable compensation plans, tuition, travel, and wireless service discounts, employee assistance program, employee foundation, diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace, health, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, 401K, and paid time off.
We also offer several voluntary insurances such as pet insurance, term and whole life insurance, short-term disability, hospital indemnity, personal accident, critical illness, and cancer coverage. Please note that restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.
Genesis HealthCare is a multifaceted culture where employees can thrive. We are entrepreneurial, integrous, progressive, and diverse, equitable, and inclusive. We foster an environment where our employees, patients, and visitors can be their authentic selves and feel celebrated and welcomed. DEI is in our DNA.
To be successful in this role, you must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing, currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure, and maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
This part-time position offers a great opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment while making a difference in the lives of our patients and residents. If you are passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to excellence, we encourage you to apply.
