Medical Records Coordinator Manager

The Medical Record Coordinating Manager is responsible for coordinating requests for medical records, processing patient records, and maintaining the accuracy of the medical records database. This position requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Excel and Word.

Responsibilities- Coordinate requests for medical records from court subpoenas, regulatory entities, and external healthcare facilities.
- Process patient records received from clinical service teams and submit them to external facilities.
- Maintain and update the medical records database to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Run daily reports on various processes and systems used by CHS and NYC Department of Correction.
- Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Good knowledge of medical terminology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
$70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive health benefits, retirement savings plans, loan forgiveness programs, paid holidays and vacation, and multiple employee discounts.
