Corporate Records Manager

**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Records Manager to support our corporate staff. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our legal department.
**Responsibilities**
- Maintain accurate and organized records of corporate documents, correspondence, and vendor contracts.
- Assist in contract management, including tracking, finalizing, and coordinating signatures.
- Support corporate filings and applications as needed.
- Track and manage legal vendor invoice fees and payments.
- Collaborate with outside counsel to track and manage pending litigation matters.
- Attend meetings and take minutes.
- Provide administrative support to the General Counsel, including calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
- Associates Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of significant in-house corporate experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital administration.
- Paralegal experience is an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Positive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
