Job Summary

We are seeking a Records Coordinator Assistant to perform various functions within our Records Management unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for liaising with Agency units at various sites throughout the city of New York to assist them in complying with our records management protocols.

This role requires excellent communication skills, as the candidate will work closely with supervisors and other team members to ensure seamless operations. A strong understanding of records management principles and procedures is essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with Agency units to ensure compliance with records management protocols
  • Conduct data entry and search for electronically stored information
  • Prepare records for offsite storage
  • Assist in inventorying and archiving records

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
