Job Description
The Medical Record Coordinating Manager is responsible for coordinating requests for medical records, including court subpoenas and requests from regulatory entities. They must follow up on all requests and ensure timely responses. Additionally, they will maintain and update the medical records database, assist with quality assurance processes, and perform redactions of medical records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Excel and Word, good knowledge of medical terminology, and ability to work on multiple projects concurrently are essential. A four-year high school diploma or its equivalent and four years of satisfactory full-time experience in a similar field are required.
