Client Relationship Manager (Hybrid)

Role Overview

As a client-focused Account Manager, you will operate both remotely and from our Bethesda, MD office, overseeing the delivery of services and achieving program results tailored to the needs of a select group of SGS' esteemed clients. You will nurture a professional rapport with key account personnel and oversee the overall management of customer and stakeholder relationships. Gaining in-depth knowledge of SGS' workers' compensation programs, capabilities, practices, and processes will empower you to provide outstanding service with a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver direct Account Management services and customer support for assigned clients.
  • Establish and sustain strategic, long-term relationships with account stakeholders to drive growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure timely and successful program delivery in alignment with customer goals and contractual obligations.
  • Lead client initiatives based on their requirements and in accordance with the defined scope of work.
  • Collaborate with clinical management, MCA Managers, and cross-departmental team members dedicated to the same key client accounts to guarantee the highest quality of service delivery.
  • Effectively communicate MCA's capabilities and services to clients, assisting in the expansion of services to meet their evolving needs.
  • Provide clear updates on monthly/quarterly initiatives and outcomes to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal customer relationship management systems.
  • Address customer issues efficiently to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success by anticipating client needs and ensuring timely delivery of client commitments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in client-facing roles and/or federal government contracting.
  • At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare, workers' compensation, or insurance sectors.
  • Proficient understanding of workers' compensation or healthcare benefits, systems, and the insurance landscape.
  • Strong writing skills for reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and results.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Must be able to pass a preliminary credit and background check.
  • United States Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Federal Government Security Clearance.
