As a Client Success Manager, operating in a hybrid model from home and an office, you will oversee the delivery of services and ensure program success tailored to the needs of our esteemed clients. You will acquire in-depth knowledge of our programs and services to provide exceptional service with a personal touch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage direct account responsibilities and provide outstanding customer service for designated clients.
  • Establish and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with account stakeholders to achieve growth and organizational goals.
  • Guarantee the timely and effective delivery of services aligned with client objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Lead client-focused initiatives based on their requirements and in line with contract specifications.
  • Collaborate with clinical management and team members across departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality services that meet client expectations.
  • Comprehend our service offerings and effectively communicate them to clients to support the expansion of services as their needs evolve.
  • Provide clear updates on monthly and quarterly initiatives and results to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain precise records in internal customer relationship management systems.
  • Address client concerns efficiently and proactively to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in client-facing roles and/or federal government contracting.
  • A minimum of 8 years in the healthcare, workers' compensation, or insurance sectors.
  • Familiarity with workers' compensation or healthcare benefits and systems.
  • Proficient in drafting reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate a commitment to exceptional customer service and results.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
  • Strong proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be able to pass a preliminary credit and background check.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Federal Government Security Clearance.
