Position Overview - Client Success Manager (Hybrid)

As a Client Success Manager, you will operate in a hybrid model, balancing remote work with time in the office. Your role will involve overseeing the delivery of services and ensuring program outcomes align with the expectations of a select group of SGS's esteemed clients. You will be responsible for the overall management of client relationships and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage direct account responsibilities and provide exceptional customer service for designated clients.
  • Establish and nurture long-term, strategic relationships with account stakeholders to drive growth and achieve company goals.
  • Guarantee timely and effective service delivery in accordance with client objectives and contractual obligations.
  • Lead client-focused initiatives based on their requirements and in line with contractual specifications.
  • Collaborate with clinical management, SGS leadership, and cross-departmental teams dedicated to the same key client accounts to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Comprehend SGS's offerings and effectively communicate these to clients to facilitate service expansion that meets their evolving needs.
  • Provide clear updates on monthly and quarterly initiatives and results to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain precise records in internal customer relationship management systems.
  • Address client concerns efficiently, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and success by anticipating client needs and coordinating internal efforts to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Master's Degree or PMP certification preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in client-facing roles and/or federal government contracting.
  • A minimum of 8 years in the healthcare, workers' compensation, or insurance sectors.
  • Familiarity with workers' compensation or healthcare benefits and systems.
  • Proficient in drafting reports, business correspondence, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ability to work independently as a self-starter focused on delivering exceptional customer service and results.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including public speaking and presentations.
  • Strong proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must pass a preliminary credit and background check.
  • United States Citizenship required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Federal Government Security Clearance.
