Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales and Marketing Representative to join our team at Mike's Hard. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of our brand plans in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Execution: Implement wholesaler plans, execute distributor incentive programs, and ensure key account execution.
  • Accountabilities and Impact: Track and report on-going and consistent market conditions, provide weekly retail/market recap of execution and performance, and work with team members to provide best practice sharing and coordinate in-market execution/activation drives.
  • Brand Execution: Ensure brand standards are met, including pricing, shelf placement, cold box placement, display, draft, and bottle placement.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor and evaluate competitive trends and report appropriate developments.
  • Personal Performance: Monitor and evaluate personal performance on a monthly basis to identify and develop personal areas for growth.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree with 1-2+ years' experience working with wholesalers in the beverage category or CPG.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and math skills for budgeting, analysis, etc., Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word & Excel) - ability to develop and present, and ability to travel as necessary.
