Job Overview:

As a Senior Technical Team Lead at Excelon Solutions, you will be instrumental in overseeing the management of mechanical commodities. Your expertise will drive the successful execution of sustaining qualifications for Mechanical B parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of sustaining qualifications for Mechanical B components.
  • Collaborate with MMEGMESQE Suppliers to establish and uphold a quality roadmap.
  • Document and finalize Agile setups efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough buffer analysis of all B parts, providing insights to mitigate shortages.
  • Engage proactively with vendors to identify discrepancies between demand and supply, implementing effective strategies to address shortages and expedite material flow.
  • Automate the reporting of key metrics, including OTD, E&O, cancellations, inventory, and shortages.
  • Regularly maintain and refine iValua parts, ensuring correct B part item types, while assisting with RFQ and awarding analysis for all mechanical components.
  • Process requisitions and quotes from suppliers, ensuring all documentation adheres to compliance standards.
  • Maintain and report on weekly and monthly performance metrics.
