  • Engage proactively with vendors to identify discrepancies between demand and supply, implementing effective strategies to mitigate shortages and expedite material delivery.
  • Automate the reporting of key metrics including OTD, E&O, cancellations, inventory, and shortages.
  • Regularly maintain and update iValua parts, ensuring accurate B part item types, while assisting with RFQ and awarding analysis for all Mechanical components.
  • Process requisitions and quotes from suppliers, ensuring all documentation adheres to compliance standards.
  • Generate and present weekly and monthly performance metrics.
