About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. As a key member of our Air & Missile Defense Software Department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing real-time embedded software, application software, and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Software Development: Participate in the requirements, design, development, and testing of software solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with project managers and other professionals within Engineering to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain technical expertise in software development life cycle processes, software development tools, and embedded RTOSs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development using object-oriented programming languages such as C/C++, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.
  • Experience in developing software for Unix/Linux operating systems.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a U.S government-issued security clearance; U.S citizenship required due to security clearance requirements.
