Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze software products to ensure technical soundness and adequacy
  • Collaborate with senior software personnel through written and verbal communication
  • Produce high-quality documentation related to software design and release
  • Develop complete software solutions and contribute to the successful completion of supported programs and projects
  • Understand and apply Agile and DevSecOps software development methods, automation, and continuous integration
  • Follow organizational processes and procedures
  • Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development, and testing of real-time embedded software, application software, and tools
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
  • 2 years of experience in software development
  • Proficiency in C++, C, Java, Ada, or similar programming languages
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance
  • U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms, systems software design, operating systems, architectures, software development life cycle, and processes
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience developing software in a team-based development environment
