We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as a Regional Vice President, Mid-Market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the mid-market segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of account managers to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the mid-market segment.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mid-market segment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at mid-market companies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales campaigns and strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the mid-market segment.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience, with a proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance metrics and develop strategies to address areas for improvement.
