As a Game Ambassador, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome, setting the tone for a fantastic experience.
  • Guide guests safely into and throughout the venue, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
  • Check in reservations, seat guests, and guide them through the Puttshack game, providing a seamless and enjoyable experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure exceptional customer service and a high level of guest satisfaction.
