Job Overview

Our client, a pioneering consumer electronics company, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support their CEO in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a key member of the team, you will provide exceptional administrative support, manage day-to-day business operations, and play a crucial role in driving growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring effective communication between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of key business initiatives across various departments.
  • Provide personal support to the CEO, including errands, personal scheduling, and other related tasks.
  • Handle project coordination and tracking, ensuring smooth progress on various business ventures.
  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and managing team members as the company continues to grow.
  • Manage office-related duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining a productive workspace, and assisting with company events.
  • Provide ad hoc support on everything from business presentations to organizing internal and external communications.
Qualifications
  • A proactive, go-getter attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to balance business and personal responsibilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.
  • Flexibility and willingness to take on various duties as needed in a startup environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate the needs of the CEO and the team.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with calendar management, office software, and digital tools.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
