Job Description:

The Insurance Customer Support Specialist will provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving problems in a professional and efficient manner. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their insurance needs by providing accurate and timely information, process policy changes and updates in the system, and handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding policy inquiries and claims.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
